Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted to ACMHR undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Submissions are first assessed by the Editorial Board for scope, originality, and minimum quality standards. Manuscripts meeting these criteria are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers with relevant domain expertise. Final editorial decisions are based on scientific merit, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's readership.
