• Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports
• Develop and reviews HR & administrative policies
• Manage all the company assets
• Develops and coordinates of team work, and ability to solve problems
• Develops and update staffs job descriptions and job specifications
• Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Delegates to admin payroll and NSSF documents
• Documentation and Control
• Develop recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/Facebook Page/Website Agency/LinkedIn and colleges.
• Other task assigned by Management
• Bachelor degree of Management or other related fields
• Have knowledge of administration and HR work
• At least 1 or 2 years related work experiencein Admin & HR
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Internet & Email, Social Media
• Experience in related field is preferable Good in negotiation and problem solving
• Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law• Good English communication (written and spoken)
• Good interpersonal communication skill
