- Responsible to ensure the receipts, invoices, supporting documents and vouchers are
correctly filled into sufficient/accurate information for proper accounting transaction.
- To ensure account transaction posted into Quick Books is proper and systematic
- To provide good financial service and be able to deal the issues of finance and
administrative task smoothly with all staff.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documents
- Prepare income and balance sheet statements, and various other accounting statements
and financial reports
- Managing account receivables and cash flows;
- Assist on preparing and reviewing financial budget plan;
- Assist on management report with commentary analysis on the financial result;
- Managing cash advance and expense to and from employees
- To review payroll salary staff
- Responsible to staff contract and office contract
- Communicate with clients and in-house stakeholders
- To stand by to receive monthly income, cash deposit from customers
- To supervise cashiers to follow up with customers to make payments by schedules
- Prepare monthly tax for tax department, ensures that it complies with Cambodia taxation
laws and regulations
- Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement
activities;
- Other tasks assigned by manager;

- Hold Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or equivalent certificate;
- At least 1-year experience in the related field;
- Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, responsible and very good team
work;
- Able to work under pressure, Able to work independently;
- Able to communicate in English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, able to use QuickBooks ;
- Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus
