- Working with Chief Commercial Officer to discuss the business objectives and requirements of jobs;
- Collaborating with marketing supervisors to plan out graphic and media needs;
- Interpreting business needs and developing a concept to suit promotion purpose;
- Designing Artwork Master-plan;
- Designing Artwork (Print Media, Digital Media and Broadcasting Media);
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
- Estimating the time required to complete the work;
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
- Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to management team;
- Coordinating with outside agencies, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary;
- Working under supervision & reports directly to Chief Commercial Officer;
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge on relevant company products, and perform other tasks as required
by management team;
