• Cash flow plan
• Fixed asset activity/Depreciation
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transaction and
Enforce proper accounting methods
• Review stock after getting from Stocker Controller
• Can be assist Coordinate and complete annual audits (Independent audit)
• Understanding of the dynamics of direct mails ,print ,mailing processes and
Digital /new media
• Able to anticipate & recognize concerns , issues ,problems obstacles and then suggest
solutions
• Closing Accounts payable/receivable/Cash receipts I Follow up cash collection plan
• Closing Petty Cash
• Closing Monthly Sale in System (QB)
• Verify all payment voucher before getting approval
• Arrangement for repayment and rollover for Tl/Trust/ PN/OD&TT
• Daily bank control and reconciliation every the end of the month
• Other tasks required by Accounting Manager

• Handling Submission Monthly Tax Returned with accuracy and timely manner
• Preparing I Monitor and checking Tax online system (E-VAT,E-Filling)
• Assist Handle customs audit
• Assist to arra ngement docs for apply 0% VAT certificate for each year
Renew and update all kind of tax certificate
