Work closely with the General Manager to make improvements to the company and experience growth.
Contribute to company strategic planning to set goals and objectives, and to guide the implementation of the
strategy.
Ensuring the company is meeting targets and objectives and reporting key results and data on time.
Guide the HR department in hiring new recruits. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to staff and nurture a
positive working environment. Develop rules and policies, and ensure the company is a safe and tidy working
environment.
Drive the development and implementation of the company system and process.
Drive the implementation of new plants and equipment and ensure their proper function and maintenance.
Provide an accurate forecast for the company budget and purchasing stock, and ensure inventory is maintained at
the right level.
Liaising and collaborating with the Australia and China teams to ensure targets and objectives are met, and the
business group is heading in the right direction.
3-5+ years of experience in a similar position.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or similar.
Experience in business operation, accounting, and the manufacturing environment.
Good in problem-solving and strategic thinking. Good time management and prioritizing skills.
Great Interpersonal and communication skills. Can build good relationships and influence a group of people.
Strong leadership and organizational skills and can provide coaching and mentoring to others.
Attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and improve.
Computer literate and intermediate math skills.
Proficient in Khmer and very good in English
